A successful sealcoating project demands proper planning, preparation, and application. At Landmark Paving, we follow a proven process designed to minimize disruptions and deliver long-lasting results.
Step 1 — Site Assessment and Estimate
Every project begins with an inspection to assess any existing damage, drainage concerns, and the overall scope of the project. You’ll receive a detailed quote outlining recommended services and project expectations.
Step 2 — Surface Preparation
Proper preparation is critical to a successful sealcoating project. Our crews remove debris, clean the pavement surface, address vegetation growth, and perform necessary crack filling or pothole repairs before sealcoating begins.
Step 3 — Sealcoat Application
Our team applies a uniform sealcoat across the entire asphalt surface to provide consistent protection and appearance. The application is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications to maximize durability and long-term pavement performance.
Step 4 — Re-Striping and Final Walkthrough
After the sealcoat has cured, we coordinate pavement markings and striping as needed, including parking stalls, directional arrows, ADA markings, and fire lanes.
